The “Maestro” advisory platform is designed as a “one stop shop” to support the global advisory needs of ultra high net worth individuals (UHNW).  Maestro serves both US domestic and international UHNW’s.  What US domestic and international UHNW’s have in common are complicated legal, financial, tax and estate issues, which must be addressed by multiple advisory specialists. 

Many UHNW’s (and often even their advisors) do not realize the challenges posed by having multi-specialty advisors. In fact, there are many challenges to overcome.  There is first of all the problem of finding competent, experienced and responsive advisors.  Then there is the issue of managing all of these specialists.  UHNW’s are often not accustomed to coordinating the actions of their advisors.   Similarly, rarely do advisors have experience working for a client as part of an efficient multi-specialty team.  Making matters worse, UHNW’s who have cross border lifestyles or who live thousands of miles away from their advisory team often confront cultural and language differences, as well as communication and logistical issues.  These factors disrupt the efficiency of the advisory process.

“Maestro” recognizes and overcomes each of these challenges.  Just like a conductor leading an orchestra of musicians, “Maestro” takes the lead to find the required advisors from its trusted and team oriented network of advisory specialists, which include:  lawyers; accountants; bankers; financial advisors; tax advisors; US immigration specialists; estate planners; real estate brokers; and real estate developers.  “Maestro” then coordinates the work of the advisory specialists, and assembles them into an efficient functioning advisory team. 

To accomplish this, “Maestro” personnel sit in on meetings between the client and the advisors and makes certain that the client understands the advice being given and the cost of the services.  In order to be satisfied that each advisor is clear on their assignment, “Maestro” is in constant communication with each of the advisors.  “Maestro” schedules meetings, supervises communications, participates on follow up calls, establishes deadlines, and follows work progress. 

“Maestro” has been retained in a wide variety of client matters, including: the relocation of the clients and their families across the US and internationally, US tax and estate planning, the purchase of luxury residential real estate and commercial real estate, coordination of the development of boutique hotels, obtain bank financing, support start-ups and/or the purchase of businesses, oversee the purchase of yachts and private aircraft, coordinate the securing of US immigration business investment visas, and even manage multi-state litigation matters.
